Ordering & Payment Policies
Sticker orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 full business days, Mon through Fri excluding holidays (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not counted as business days). Orders for t-shirts and hoodies are usually processed and shipped in 5 - 14 full business days, Mon through Fri excluding holidays (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not counted as business days).
Rotten Remains accepts all major credit cards and PayPal™. Our payment process is encrypted and secured by PayPal™. Simply follow the checkout process and choose the type of payment method you wish to use by selecting either a credit card or PayPal™. Rotten Remains does not store any of your payment information on our site at any time.
Rotten Remains currently accepts VISA®, MASTERCARD®, AMERICAN EXPRESS® and DISCOVER®.
We use PayPal™ as a payment processor. You do not need a PayPal™ account if you are paying for your order with a credit card. From the shopping cart page or the checkout page, click on the checkout with PayPal™ button located just below the blue checkout button. You will be redirected to PayPal™ where you can enter your credit card information. Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. When completed, you will be directed back to Rotten Remains to confirm your order.
Declined Credit Card Payment
If your credit card is declined, you will receive an error message. Your credit card will not be charged, and your order will not be processed. Your credit card may be declined for any of the following reasons including but not limited to:
General decline – This is usually caused by insufficient funds or a credit limit issue. Contact the financial institution that issued your card for further details.
AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch – The billing address you entered during the checkout process does not match the mailing address associated with your credit card billing statement.
Card security code mismatch – The 3-4 digit CVV2/CVC2/CID code on the back of your credit card (on the front for AMEX®), does not match the code that was entered during checkout.
Another payment option is to pay for your order with a PayPal™ account if you have one. On the shopping cart page, click on the checkout with PayPal™ button located just below the blue checkout button. You will be securely redirected to PayPal™ where you can log into your PayPal™ account and select your billing, shipping and payment information. When completed, you will be directed back to Rotten Remains to confirm your order.
Money Order, Personal Check or Cashier's Check
We do not accept money orders, personal checks or cashier’s checks.
Accuracy of Account Information
It's important that when placing your order, that you provide us with a valid email address that you check often, a current ship to address and billing address. If the email you provide is invalid or incorrect, you will not receive account email communications or order status updates and we will be unable to contact you if needed. We reserve the right to hold an order for an unlimited or unspecified period of time or to cancel an order if any billing, shipping, contact or account information is missing, incorrect, invalid or fraudulent.
