COVID-19 Update

We are processing orders within the normal time frame but due to Covid-19, postal carriers are currently experiencing delays and extended delivery times. We have temporarily extended our estimated delivery time to 4 - 40 business days to compensate for these delivery delays.

  As this situation is constantly changing, please check this page periodically for updates and changes to our shipping and handling policy.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping to the United States
We ship to all 50 states including Washington, DC. We do not ship to any U.S. territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands or American Samoa).

Shipping to Canada
We ship to all 10 provinces and 3 territories.

Shipping Internationally
We currently do not ship to Mexico or any other international country. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping Methods
Orders will be delivered via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or Canada Post. We may decide to upgrade larger orders to a higher shipping service tier at no additional charge.

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping and handling on all orders.

P.O. Boxes
We do ship to P.O. boxes (U.S. Postal Service or Canada Post). We do not ship to mail boxes at mail box rental businesses such as UPS stores, etc.

Shipping Process
We ship Mon through Fri (excluding holidays). If you placed your order on a Friday and Monday is a holiday, your order won’t be shipped until Tuesday.

Estimated delivery time
4 to 40 business days*

These delivery times are only estimated and are not guaranteed. These time frames are dependent on the destination location and may vary, especially during peak mailing periods. Delivery may be faster to addresses in major metropolitan cities than to addresses in rural locations.

*Estimated delivery times start the business day after the order has been shipped. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, postal carriers in both the United States and Canada are currently experiencing delays and extended delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding these delays.

Rotten Remains reserves the right to limit the number of orders a customer can have in transit at any given time. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, postal strikes, pandemics or any other situations beyond our control. Our responsibility is limited to preparing your order for shipment and delivering it to the shipping carrier.

Ship to Addresses
It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information you provide is correct and up to date. Contact information must include a phone number. It is your responsibility to ensure that the ship to address you provide is correct, up to date and contains all relevant information to accommodate any shipping method (either letter mail or parcel).

We recommend entering your physical address (house number and street name) in address line 1 and adding a PO Box, apartment, suite or unit number in address line 2.

Non-Residential Business Addresses
If the order is being shipped to a non-residential business address, the ship to address provided must include the name of the business and the name of the person that the order is being shipped to.

Delivery Delays or Non-Receipt of Orders
Most instances of delay in delivery or non-receipt of an order are due to incorrect, an incorrectly formatted address or missing address information. For example; missing apartment number, missing post office box number and spelling / typo errors in house number, street name, city or town name etc. Double check all shipping address and contact information before submitting your order. If your order is returned to us due to missing or incorrect address information, refusal to accept the order or any other reason, Rotten Remains will not issue a refund.

Rotten Remains is not responsible for any damages that occur to items during the shipping or delivery process. It is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (U.S. Postal Service or Canada Post) to address these issues.

We reserve the right to hold or cancel any order if the contact information you provided is missing, incorrect, invalid, fraudulent or if the ship to or billing address is incorrect, invalid or does not meet our shipping or billing address requirements.

Cross Border and Freight Forwarding Companies
We do not ship items to cross border parcel/mail companies (located on or near the US/Canada border or the US/Mexico border) or freight/courier companies based in the USA or Canada that offer re-shipping services (mail forwarding) to overseas or foreign countries.

Any orders placed with a shipping address to either a cross border parcel/mail company or freight forwarding/courier company, may be cancelled at our discretion.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
