Information on Coronavirus COVID-19 (2019-nCoV)
As social distancing measures continue, postal service providers are faced with the challenge of ensuring the safety of their postal workers while continuing to keep the mail moving through the system. These safety measures combined with heavier than normal mail volume due to more people shopping online in recent weeks and possible temporary closures of some postal outlets may result in some delays in delivery times.
We are continuing to process orders in a timely manner but to compensate for possible delays within the postal system, we are extending our estimated delivery time to 10 - 30 business days. We appreciate your understanding.

What countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship orders within the U.S. and Canada. We do not ship internationally.

How long will it take before my order is processed?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 full business days (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not business days). If you order on Friday and Monday is a holiday, then your order won't be processed until Tuesday.

What are your shipping rates?
Shipping is FREE on all products shipped within the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.

Who will be delivering my order?
Your order will be delivered via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or Canada Post.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes located at any official United States Postal Service (USPS) and Canada Post office locations. We do not ship to mail box rental companies such as UPS Stores, cross border parcel pickup companies (American-Canadian border or American-Mexican border) or freight forwarding companies.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Delivery time can range from 5 - 20 business days depending on the destination location (rural or major metropolitan cities) and may vary, especially during peak mailing periods. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not business days. If you order on Friday and Monday is a holiday, then your order won't be shipped until Tuesday.

Additional Order/Shipping Information
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you supplied is correct and contains all relevant information to accommodate any shipping method (letter mail or parcel). Most instances of non-receipt of an order are due to incorrect or missing address information. For example; missing apartment numbers, missing post office box numbers and spelling or typo errors in house numbers, street names, city or town names etc. Please double check all shipping address information before submitting your order.

If the order is being shipped to a business address, the shipping address provided must include the name of the business and the name of the person that the order is being shipped to.

Rotten Remains is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, postal strikes or any other situations beyond our control. Rotten Remains is also not responsible for any damages that have occurred during the shipping/delivery process. Our responsibility is limited to preparing your order for shipment and delivering it to the shipping carrier.

Rotten Remains reserves the right to cancel an order if the provided contact information is incorrect or invalid or if the provided shipping information is incorrect or does not meet shipping address requirements.

Returns & Refunds

Rotten Remains does not accept returns and no refunds will be issued for any reason. All sales are final.
